Scope of Work:
- Work involved the excavation and concrete work for proposed new 100ft x 200ft service area along with a 40ft x 30ft showroom addition.
- First stage of project involved layout and establish elevations.
- Excavated for footings and piers according to plans. All material trucked away.
- Formed, installed steel and poured footings along with poured walls.
- Installed pipe along perimeter of new foundation and old to provide drainage and also for gutter downspouts and ran to daylight.
- Total length of project took roughly 30 days.
