SCOPE OF WORK:
- Project involved installation of roughly 1400ft x 5ft of new concrete sidewalks along Nott Street with traffic control.
- There were no existing sidewalks to remove so special care was taken to minimize damage to trees and existing residential yards.
- Excavated and removed excess material to sub-grade and installed and compacted item#4 to grade.
- Formed out and poured new concrete sidewalks, all concrete was 4000psi Class A mix, wire reinforced and received a broom finish.
- Reclaimed all disturbed areas, topsoil, seeded and mulch, installed asphalt at driveway aprons and residential driveways that required repair.
- Length of project took about 21 days with no disruption to homeowners.
